Peter A. Sartes is a shareholder of the Law Offices of Tragos & Sartes. Mr. Sartes is one of Tampa Bay's most resourceful rising attorneys. He has an extensive formal education which includes a finance degree, an MBA, and his Juris Doctor degree.

Since joining the Law Offices of George E. Tragos in 2001, Mr. Sartes has represented numerous clients in personal injury cases. His diverse background makes him an important weapon in the firm's legal arsenal. His ability to analyze details, to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of a case, and to recommend the correct course of action have proven to be essential when preparing for complicated civil suits. Mr. Sartes' finance degree makes him particularly proficient when it comes to decoding complex financial documents. This skill set allows him to identify areas that are necessary when defending clients in tax, fraud, and other financial cases. For the entirety of his legal career, Mr. Sartes has represented a broad spectrum of clients. Past clients include a client involved in the fifth largest drug seizure in US history, the first international arms dealer to be indicted during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and everyday people fighting to protect their rights in local courts.

Mr. Sartes holds degrees from both the University of Toledo and Stetson College of Law. He has been admitted to the State Bar of Florida and also the Federal bar. This means that Mr. Sartes has the necessary requisites to practice in both state and federal courts. Formerly, he was an associate at CB Richard Ellis which is the world's leading commercial real-estate brokerage firm. He was an associate there before he decided to fulfill his dream and to pursue a career in law. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Sartes started his legal career at the Public Defender's Office in Toledo, Ohio. Mr. Sartes is the former Chairman of the Traffic Court Rules Committee of the Florida Bar. He currently serves as the liaison to the Rules of Judicial Administration Committee of the Florida Bar and as the Sixth Judicial Circuit representative on the Florida Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors. He served as the President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Clearwater Bar Association, and he also served as the Chairman of the Clearwater Bar Association Technology Committee. Mr. Sartes holds a BV rating from Martindale-Hubble which is the maximum rating a lawyer can receive who was admitted to the bar less than 10 years ago. He has also had articles published in The Journal of the Appellate Section of the Florida Bar, the Florida Bar Journal, The Florida Defender, the Journal of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Res Ipsa, the publication of the Clearwater Bar Association.
